haven't gotten period for 55 days

back with my 2nd post again for my period being late😭

im 18 and I haven't gotten my period for 55 days now, recently my cycle has been getting longer and longer and its making me really paranoid. i know im not pregnant cause my boyfriend only ever fingered me on july 4

the last time i got my period was on june 5, my cycle has been growing increasingly long ranging from 41 - 49 days, and this is the first time ive reached 50 days now

is it because of the stress from school, recent issues with my friend group, broken sleep schedule and sudden exercises ive been doing the whole july?😭😭 pls im so paranoid
