Anyone else having trouble after the latest update?

I've never been the best player but also not the worst. Been pretty consistent in ascendant the last year or so. I've had good streaks and bad streaks but after the update it's been a nightmare.

Nothing works, no bullets are connecting, it feels different, players feel different. Like normally I can discern a bad play from a good play or a good shot vs a bad shot. But at this point my mmr is plummeting and I feel everyone hits me like never before. It's as if they have sight of me way before I have sight of them. My plays, regimen and everything is no different from before but at this point I'm the designated bottom frag in high plat/low diamond lobbies. These are lobbies I had outgrown not more then a month ago.

Anyone else having similar issues or experiences?
