Regarding a second masters

Hi everyone! I have a bit of a tricky question. My bachelor’s GPA in IT is 2.8 (German system), while my master’s in Computer Science is 2.1, and I also have 3 years of experience in the IT industry. I’ve noticed that most German universities require at least a 2.5 GPA for admission. Do you think my master’s degree and work experience could help balance out my lower bachelor’s GPA? I’ve also heard that applying for a second master’s in Germany isn’t very common since they tend to focus more on your bachelor’s degree than your previous master’s. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!
