Steam installs all the DLC even without owning them.

So I wanted to try TruckersMP. When I joined it said "Connection refused. You are not owner of some DLC you use." I found out that is the common issue with people who use various steam DLC unlockers but I´ve never used one in ETS.

While digging trough the files I found files of DLCs that I dont own, mostly paintjobs, so I decided to delete them, as they are also shown in-game as installed. Now it allows me to join TMP server but crashes after few seconds I load in. Verified the files, steam reinstalled the dlc files and again I cannot join TMP.

I already did clean install twice, so I´m lost.
