I'm bad

I'm using the archetype of the Goddess Aphrodite and soon I'm going to start worshiping her to feel more self-confident, have more beauty and be able to get closer to her, be more intimate, etc.. but today I opened my social network and saw that my ex started hanging out with some drug addicted boys who think they are each other and keep talking about girls... I really regret losing my ex, because he was a good person and every time I see him he becomes bad. I wanted to know how I can increase my vibration and feel truly self-confident. I wanted to talk to Aphrodite but I don't know where to start. Sorry for this long text lol it was just a rant
