Into the Wild (2007) – A quiet film that broke me and stayed with me

Discussion

I watched Into the Wild in 2021 with someone very close to my heart. That night changed something in me. The way Christopher walks away from everything we’re told to chase comfort, career, identity and walks toward the unknown, it made me question everything. That last line, “Happiness is only real when shared,” never left me. This is one of those rare films that doesn’t try to entertain you it makes you feel, reflect, and ache. If you’ve ever felt lost in life, I highly recommend watching this.
