swear every time I log on it’s different…

Full transparency I don’t have the best grasp on my repayments but I swear it keeps changing & all my loans are federal. Additional context I got into grad school did my fafsa, accepted the amount, blah blah about 3 months ago. BUT I was on the SAVE act, this last December/January it disappeared from my account & frankly I was like oh joy but with things……I didn’t know what to do. My payments went into forbearance, June & July they were hounding me that I needed to make payments starting Aug 1st. I log on to see early July and it’s still saying 8/1 payment due…. I log in legitimately 7/31 and MIND YOU no msg in my inbox/anything at all but the date was now March of 2026. Because there’s 0 communication from them (shocking I know) I can’t tell if this is because I’m going back to school (mind you I won’t be graduated in 2026) or if they just have 0 grasp on what they are doing at all ??????
