3 month stall

I’ve lost about 90lbs in 1 year and this year my weight slowed down. i’ve been fluctuating 212-217 for the past 3 months.

for background: I have pcos, i’m on the highest dosage, I rotated the shot location. Nothing I do seems to get that last 20 off and i’m wondering if the shots just aren’t working anymore or is this normal?
