I want to switch departments

I currently work in OGP and I want to transfer departments. The People Lead isn't any help and told me it would be better if I stayed in my department. I'm contemplating quitting and going somewhere else if I can't transfer. I also don't know which department I want to transfer to. I feel exhausted constantly and when I get home I just want to go to bed. I just don't know what to do.
