Hardcore profession advise

Hey guys,

Are there any advise for making gold as hardcore? I know that AH is off limits.

A lot of people advise skinning + 1 more gathering or skinning +LW.

Any tips? And what exactly should I do to earn the gold.

Thanks.

P. S. If class matters, I'm pondering for rogue or hunter, alliance side.
