Trouble Launching Game

So, I've been playing since launch. No issues.

Just moved to a new place, only new thing is my ISP has changed.

Go to launch the game, get to the Launcher, no issue, click PLAY.

Anticheat loads, game opens, and I sit at a black screen with the Rivals cursor (which i can move).

I have tried to disable my AMD Radeon RX 7900 XP display adapter, per advice for this issue found from a few months ago. Get to Launcher, click PLAY, get an error message, ie I need that to play.

I've checked files, all are good. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing. So any advice would be helpful, thanks!
