How well will Leto ii from Dune fare against the Star Wars Empire?

I only watched the Dune movies, so I don't quite understand the level of power Leto ii has. I know that his worm body is basically indestructible, and he is prescient.

But is he powerful enough to win a battle against powerful Star Wars regimes like the Empire? I don't see how Dune space weaponry could do well against Star Wars defense/weapons. I'm also skeptical as to how Leto ii would handle force attacks, such as Palpatine crushing his vocal chords from thousands of light years away so that he can't use the voice, or force draining his life away.

The context would be:

1. The two worlds become all of a sudden connected, which means, neither side would've been able to directly contact/influence each other beforehand.

2. I'm guessing Leto ii would've been able to predict the existence of the Empire through prescience. In any case, Palpatine would've also predicted Leto ii's existence through visions, and both sides prepare for battle.

3. Palpatine is bloodlusted for the death of Leto ii and really wants to expand his Empire and take over the Dune universe.
