This game HATES late surgers.

So I have been doing some career runs with Air Groove, and had her as a late surger because her skill activates when overtaking towards the back. I took 1 speed, 2 stamina, 1 power and 2 wit. Also had a lot of 3 star speed sparks etc. Trained a lot of power and stamina, wit when low on energy or rest. Speed sometimes although it went up a lot on inspiration.

In short, I never placed first until the very last couple goal races, then proceeded to come 14th first round URA with predictions showing my stats as the best (had B+ speed, C+ stamina and B power)

I noticed it with special week too but these late surgers don’t seem to do very well…but I genuinely don’t know if its just bad luck or not. What does everyone else think?
