How to get Tucson traffic cam footage after a hit-and-run accident?

Last night my car was hit from behind at a stop sign near Tucson Mall, pretty close to a traffic light. The driver who hit me ran.

Is there any way for me to access the footage from the light? I'd like to find the license plate # or at least a description for a police report. Unfortunately I was too shocked at in the moment to jot those down before they drove off.
