Unban hinge?

I recently logged out of my hinge account and when I tried to log back in, I got a random message from the app that my account had been banned. I sent an appeal stating that the ban didn’t make sense and am hoping that they let me back on.

If they don’t accept my appeal, what can I do to try and get back on hinge? I have social anxiety and find it kind of difficult just trying to approach ppl at bars and stuff. I go in a decent amount of dates from the app, and it helps me “get out there” more than I would without it. I have a friend that got banned once and he told me he had to get a whole new phone to register a new account. Has anyone had experience getting an account unbanned or having to make a new one after?
