Need help finding a music video

I am trying to find a music video. It was a metal band, the music video was themed like an 80's children's storytime tv show. There was a hillbilly character that made an appearance, tall, skinny, long hair, overalls. I think it was a European band. The lead singer was a bald buff-looking white dude. At the end of the music video the hillbilly character says, "And remember kids, always wipe from front to back or you're likely to get shit on your balls."
