ECCTIS "reviewing" not "processing"? + Recent ECCTIS timeline please?

Love the sub, long-time reader first-time writer.

Applying from the US, I submitted my documents to ECCTIS 5 business days ago and it still says "reviewing", will that update to "institution contacted" or will I get that information another way? Once my institution responds, is that the point my status changes to "processing"?

I'm eager to know when I can contact my registrar to make sure they submit the necessary documents. I'm expecting a longer wait, but if anyone has recent data I'd love to hear.

Timeline:

July 28th: Ecctis submitted STATUS: REVIEWING

August 3rd: STATUS: Reviewing

Reviewing blurb from ecctis:

^("We are in the process of contacting your institution to confirm the authenticity of your qualification. No action is required from you at this time, and we will not be able to provide any further details during this stage.)

^(We will contact you directly if we need more information from you.")
