Pelvic floor/ weak orgasm?

Anyone struggling with weak pelvic floor issues post d&c? I’ve had a few moments where I leaked pee over the past few weeks before I made it to the toilet and my orgasms have just been awful. Nothing like they used to be and taking way longer. Makes it hard to reconnect. That part could just be hormonal, but the pee is what tipped me off. I didn’t expect it because it was a typical first trimester MMC — baby stopped growing around 6 weeks.
