Duplicate Capsule return gives Less Prisma then the capsule cost

How do I spend 500 on a capsule and get a return of 300. Telling me it's a duplicate. I only own 50% of the forge. So why wouldn't you just return 500? You made me lose 200 Prisma for RNG bs???
