Where are the outfit 4s

This game has been out for 2 years now it is actually insane how outfit 4s are still not out. 2 outfits on release with outfit 3 coming out over a year ago or smth. Wouldnt be crazy to say that when sf7 comes out wed still be waiting for outfit 5 or 6. But tbh who cares what we really want it more battlepass and avatar content.
