A girl saw me guyz, I don't know what to do 😭😭

I dont have my own room and since my sister teaches tuition, I have to change rooms whenever they come. Today it was apparently the other room, the room I go to when they come, and I wasnt aware of that. I was in my home clothes and it was not good and they saw me and i don't know what to do 😭😭. My mind is going crazy right now, I don't know what those girls are thinking about me right now. I know I'm being overly dramatic but as an introverted guy who has never in their life has not even had even the minute relationship with a girl, this is utterly embarrassing for me. fyi, I'm pretty sure I would be exactly as I am right now if it were a boy
