Shuffle put my $12k withdrawal under review

Today I went to withdraw 12k from my balance and it went through, then I see that it’s status is “under review” and support live chat told me I need to complete KYC. I’m kind of freaking out now and don’t know if this basically means they will just not give me my money and deny my KYC. Has this happened to anyone and it ended up being fine?
