Help with custom D&D campaign.

Hey guys, I am currently making a custom D&D campaign based on the show Teen Wolf. My brother really wanted to play a Teen Wolf D&D campaign so I decided to make one myself for his birthday. Problem is, I have VERY little D&D knowledge, stuff like stats, attack points and a lot of other practical stuff really confuses me. I want to make this campaign fun and playable, so I was wondering if there was any experienced D&D player/GM who would be inclined to help me on this project/ mainly help with practical stuff and make sure the campaign is playable with all of my custom classes and other stats.
