Dealership Laws?

I bought a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited in Alberta not even 2 days ago and the battery is already screwed and the car keeps dying. I was given the Mechanical Fitness Assessment (MFA) / Inspection by the dealership and everything passed and there was zero issues noted to me. I was unaware that I wasn’t getting warranty as this is my first time buying a car (stupid I know) but I’m unsure if the dealership will fix it for me. However there is no way they are allowed to not disclose issues especially on the inspections right? If for some reason they don’t fix the issue for me what do I do? Is there any laws that force them to rectify this?

(Yes I know I should’ve checked that I was getting warranty but I am young and stupid and forgot about it, I just am pissed that I’m paying $38,000 for a vehicle that isn’t working after 48 hours)
