AITAH for asking my boyfriend if he had tinder while we were together

My boyfriend of 3.5 yrs downloaded tinder last summer (2024), and I found out from someone who had seen his profile. When i confronted him he said he thought we were broken up and that he never actually used it. We ended up working it out and have been happy ever since, while I occasionally get embarrassed of the fact.

This summer my friend brought it up and I just tried to push it away, but realized I could check the app store to see when he initially downloaded it. When I did that it said he had it in August 2023. I asked him about it and he immediately freaked out, called me out for snooping his phone and not trusting him, and said he never downloaded it and he doesn’t know why it says that.

I do feel bad for bringing it up and ruining our day, but it’s not something that I could just brush off.
