What’s everyone’s standard dose?

My standard dose is 1/4 of a 30mg tab. So like 7.5mg if I can get it to snap right. If I take more than 10mg, I get super sick.. If I double my dose for instance and take 15mg, I’ll get zero euphoria and will get dizzy, confused, shaky, and get sensitive skin and have weird WD effects. It’s almost like it has less opi effects at higher doses.

Anyone else experience this?

I just don’t understand how people reach these crazy high tolerances with that kind of mechanism at play.. Increasing the dose just makes me sick
