How to remove moisture in a headlight

2017 Tiguan S AWD w/ 100k miles. I already spent $700 replacing the left headlight I think it broke because of moisture or condensation. I'm trying to save the right headlight to avoid paying another $700. Do you guys have any tips on removing it?
