Turned all ads off but I'm still getting clicks and conversions?

About 2 weeks ago I turned all of my facebook ads off. So I paused all campaigns in my ad account. My account shows $0 in ad spend. But I still get some traffic and even a few conversions from those ads I've turned off. I can see it in my website analytics because of the UTM parameters.

Does anyone have an idea how this is possible?
