Long Exposure Times with SirayaTech Fast **Tough** Navy Grey?
I've been trying to calibrate my printer (Anycubic Mono X 4k) with SirayaTech's Fast Tough Navy Grey (as opposed to the normal Fast Navy Grey) and I haven't seen much success. My latest settings (pictured) gave me 8/10 columns on J3DTech's boxes of calibration, which I was satisfied with until I ran into some issues with supports and weird markings on my previous prints. I don't believe the printer itself is the issue- although the Mono X is an older model, I purchased it new a few years ago and have only now gotten around to using it, so it has barely seen any use. Additionally, I print in a temperature-controlled enclosure (73-75°F ambient temp + a fermentation strip around the vat) and have replaced the FEP and screen protector (plastic film to Chitu's tempered glass). However, after running Cones of Calibration v3, I seem to be getting only 3/5 success cones. I feel like my settings are already pretty high for what is supposed to be a "fast" resin, although I'm not sure if this just happens to be the nature of the resin itself. Does anyone have experience with this resin, and is there something I am doing wrong?
