[M4F] Late on rent again and landlady wants payment

I'm late on rent again and have been avoiding my hairy aggressive cougar landlady for days now. One day coming home late from work she finally caught me by my front door with what looked like eviction papers. I try to explain to her how things got busy and other bills, but she didn't want to hear any excuse. I pleaded with her telling her I'll do anything if she just give me more time to give it to. She then looks me over with a suspicious smile on her face before tell me to get cleaned up be at her place in 30 minutes or else. I arrived at her front door only for her to open it wearing a robe and telling me I have two options. I could fuck her as rent payment or I could start looking for a new place tomorrow morning.
