Ac condenser fan working intermittently

My ac condenser fan stopped working one day so I replaced the capacitor which got it working. Then the next day it stopped again so I replaced the fan motor, contactor and thermostat. Still having the same issue with condenser working intermittently. When it stops, I turn off the system and turn it back on after an hour and it starts again. Would this be a control board issue?
