GPU Running at 50–70% While Idle – No Apps Open

My GPU has been running at 50–70% usage while idle, even though I don't have any resource-heavy applications like games open. I'm worried I might have unknowingly downloaded a crypto miner or something similar. Is there a way to check which processes are currently using my GPU? Thanks!
