Help finding replacement for weatherproofing strip at the bottom of my door.

The old strip is a push-in rubber strip that is pushed into a cut/kerf at the bottom of the external threshold (not into the door). Here are some pictures. Anyone know what kind of weather strip I need to get? Having trouble finding it myself.
