Dose increases

I understand lamictal can take up to 6 weeks to work. I’m 5 weeks in and in that time titrated up to 75mg (also with unwanted hair loss, brill).

Curious to know, with every dose increase, does it take you back to the beginning of needing to wait 6 weeks to feel full effects?
