Passed means for chapter 7, but worried about budget.

Hi ! I'll try to keep this short woth number and few words.

Family of 5 Ohio Income is 30583 for 6 m or rather 5097 this is gross Recived gifts at various times /amounts to help with some bills health issues and sometimes just given to me. Totalling in 1370

I worked a side job made 250 this was one time thing

My expenses add up to 5138 I feel horrible claiming what I spend on food which is like 1353 - sometimes less sometimes more on holidays. Anyways not the point.

So with that said i read on google that you have to put gifts as income (which isn't provided to me on my attorneys portal just the statements there not a set place for gifts ) I did upload all statements ok the question.

So if I add the the received money gifts and and the 1 day of side hustle it would be 5365 - my expenses is 227.

Our combined debt is 68k

Am I looking at being pushed into chapter 7.. like did those gifts screw us (I don't have the money anymore I obviously spent it) is there an exemption I can claim on past gifts?

I'll be done with the portal/documents tommrow and then I should be hearing from my attorney on what's next after he reviews more. They never asked about cash gifts kn the phone when qualifying me but im still way under the means for ohio... I'm blabbering..opinons?
