New Bag Check policy ONLY for PRIMARY card holders

FYI, I purchased a ticket to Texas and back for hubby and I to go to a concert - couldn’t go last minute b/c work, so I was able to switch my ticket to my daughters name (because I’d previously paid more for that type of ticket just in case). Wellp, the wording online is pretty tricky when speaking about the bag fees with a Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card - the PRIMARY card holder has to be flying that day… my husband is also on that credit card account but is only an authorized user. He even used the SW RR Credit card to pay for the checked bag fee… I’m not mad about it.. just sucky situation and I thought I’d share so it’s out on the interwebs. Good luck y’all!
