Wtf is up with countless Tiktok accounts creating NK propaganda?

I keep seeing this white blonde girl on my TT living in North Korea and all she does is promote the country and argue with people that there's nothing from with NK. Her TT name is literally North Korea. Her profile picture is her smiling with someone in the NK military. She begs people to come to the country all the time. She's not the only one though. Countless accounts of white people who are clearly very aware of the dangers of NK are begging people to come check out the country and saying that it's the most amazing country ever.

Why are they doing this?? Who is paying these people?? It's almost laughable because it's so fake and ridiculous and also very dangerous.
