What the hell am i supposed to do

Im just stuck in gold and i cant seem to improve. i genuinely think its just the matchmaking because ive just gotten paired with people who have no idea what they are doing. i play every day now just to get a loss streak, and the game doesnt even give me one winnable match. Ik ppl are gonna say get better but how tf can i solo carry every game? or am i just bad and i should quit the game?
