Pass selection at waterpark

I live in Phoenix. When I try to buy the $7.50 per month pass deal, it is not offering that deal. I can only get the one park and add on park hopping. If I want the deal I have to make Magic Mountain or Knott’s my home park. The problem there, is the 6 hours plus drive to activate my pass. Please add this option at Hurricane Harbor Phoenix so I can get my pass in Phoenix before it closes for the season.
