Locked out and can’t set up 2 factor authentication please help me get back

I got locked out of my Facebook (suspected hacker but they haven’t changed anything). This happened at the start of June. My Facebook is with an email address I don’t have access to (forgot password and locked out) and I don’t have my phone number linked. I also have forgotten the password to my Facebook. It has let me in but is saying I need to set up 2 factor authentication, but again it sends it to an email I don’t have access to and won’t let me do it by any other way. Can I get back in or is that it ?
