What do we think of a black tide thunderhawk gunship list

Imagine a thunderhawk gunship, loaded with a squat of 20 crusaders and a squad of 5 sword brethren, each squad with a Marshal and a castellan. On the ground, 2 squads of 20 crusaders, each led by an execrator for maximum speed (enhancements like the scout and the invuln save for the squad, I don't know the details), an EC and a phobos lieutenant with combi weapon for secondaries, and 2 ballistus dreads for intermediate firepower (the thunderhawk brings more than enough firepower to kill half of the enemy tanks in one turn).

Its not the most competitive list but it looks a shit ton of fun! Let me know what you think. I still need to work out the details and the points, so this is a real quick idea :)
