Resetting issue

I have a Trident 3060, I’m a complete novice with computers and issues. I’ve had the computer for a year and a half now and for the past few weeks, after turning on, around 5-10mins after being on, it resets itself, no warning, nothing, just bam! Reset.

Wether I’m on Youtube or gaming, it does it. Then doesn’t do it again and can be on all day after the reset.

It’s just done it again, but this time, it’s turned off and hasn’t come back on, but the lights are still going through motions on the tower.

What could be the issue and how could I fix it?

Remember, I’m a complete novice, so need explanations in Laymans terms lol
