Please help me find a travel camera

I'm resposting as I got no responses last time — if there's a reason for this please do let me know.

• Budget: £600 (~800USD) total preferably, but can be flexible if it's worthwhile.

• Country: UK

• Condition: Good condition used/new.

• Type of Camera: Point and shoot.

• Intended use: Photography is my priority, but good video would be nice too.

• If photography; what style: Street photography, friends on our travels etc. A balance between capturing the people as well as the setting.

• If video what style: Short (<5s) snippets of where we are, as I want to compile some videos (just for myself, not socials).

• What features do you absolutely need: Anything that translates to ease of use, good low light performance.

• What features would be nice to have: Decent battery life/ease of charging, weather sealing.

• Portability: Pocketable ideally.

• Cameras you're considering: I've seen the sony zv1 recommended a few times, and the fujifilm x100 series.

• Cameras you already have: I have a canon eos 1200D but rarely take it out due to the size, so tend to rely on my phone. I love taking photos, but have a galaxy S22 and the camera really lets it down. The photos come out pixelated and flat looking, it has terrible low light performance (the slightest movement and it's a blur) and the images are very overly processed.
