womb healing after abortions

I had an abortion about a month ago, and I have decided to take a microdose of mushrooms last night to encounter what I need to heal within my body. I am a Reiki master/energy healer. I scanned my body to see what areas needed attention and it was my sacral, my womb space that was calling. I could see this vast orange circle a hole seeping out energy. I was getting messages from my unborn, hearing her/their name & going through the grief, going through the guilt and the sadness, but also feeling the warmth of the forgiveness and understanding.

I would like to know what are some ways that I can further my womb healing, because I know it’s not over with I feel that there is more than it needs to be released, but also more energy that needs to be put in. I could genuinely feel how the womb is a portal.
