Do Squighog Boyz work in non-Beast Snaggas lists?

Hey everyone

As per the post title I'm trying to start work on reshaping my Orks for 11th (assuming the refresh rumours are true) and so I'm looking to get a few bits done that are guaranteed not to be refreshed while I wait.

I don't have any desire to run a pure Beastnaggas army but I'd love to include some Squighog Boyz and a Beastboss on Squigasaur in my future army, so I wondered if that would work or whether they'd just be dead weight in a non mono-snaggas army?
