Hi everyone, I'm trying to identify a pair of hand-painted porcelain (or possibly ceramic) vases I recently came across. Here are the details:

Material: Likely porcelain or fine glazed ceramic
Color: Sky blue background
Design: Hand-painted floral motifs (daises, carnations, and yellow flowers)
Trim: Gold rim at the top and base
Height: 40 sm
Bottom marking: Handwritten signature "H.Loetz" (possibly Loets or Looes)
Also marked with number: 4224 Photos included. I'm looking for any info on:
Possible origin (country,maker,factory)
Who is H.Loetz/Loets/Looes-an artist,decorator or workshop?
Approximate date and value range? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated-thank you in advance!
