Anyone with preexisting hearing loss before taking TEPEZZA?

Hi everyone, I’m currently considering TEPEZZA for TED, but after taking a hearing baseline test, I realized I already have some high-frequency sensorineural hearing loss in both ears. My doctor said i can still proceed with TEPEZZA and keep closely monitor any side effects especially hearing.

I’m wondering if anyone here had preexisting hearing loss and still went ahead with TEPEZZA. How was your experience? Did your hearing change during or after treatment? Was it temporary or permanent?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through this — even small details would help me make a more informed decision. Thanks in advance!
