Help me build my first gaming PC

Hi everyone! Help me build my first gaming PC. I have never built a PC. Im an electromechanical engineer so I am a bit tech savvy but know very little about PC builds.

I own a Steam deck and want to build a good introductory budget gaming PC. Something that will have the option to upgrade in the near future if possible so looking for an AM5 build maybe?

Can someone put together a part list for the cheapest AM5 PC I can build today that has the option to upgrade relatively easily in the future.

I am looking to play things like last of us part 2, cyberpunk 2077, doom the dark ages at 60fps 1080p. A few AAA single player games, mostly indie games though and older AAA. I have 0 interest in competitive multiplayer games.

My dream would be an AM5 build under 500$. Is this possible?
