UBL lost my money during IBFT and they are not fixing

On Sunday, I transferred 500K to HBL account via IBFT. UBL debited 500K and 200 rupees from my account with success status.

I generated complain on Monday and after them investigating the issue, they said the same thing to me that their system shows success status.

I contacted HBL and they said that there’s no transaction activity on my account.

What do I do now?
