foundation year transfer to first year

hi i finished. a foundation year course at university of birmingham and want to transfer to first year for chemical engineering the problem is that i dont think i will pass calculus 2 which is 20 credits and i need 60 percent to progress into first year the thing is my resit is in 2 weeks and my results for that exam will come out mid september will it be too late to apply for clearing and will all the spots be taken mid september , if someone can give me advice on what to do feel free
